The process for properly submitting dumps has been dicussed countless of times over all over the forum and it’s clearly mentioned in the FAQ. Read this:

Posting the dump in the forum does nothing. Do as instructed by Mike (owner/developer of MakeMKV) for submitting the dumps properly.

I was able to rip the retail version (purchased at Walmart) with no issues.
