Just got my copy of Ice Age: Collision Course - Deluxe Edition (3D/Bluray/DVD) and attempting to rip the 3D version is giving me some errors.
Getting a few AV Sync errors when attempting the first (800.mpls) title, and then the whole operation fails.
The last item in the debug log is: LIBMKV_TRACE: Exception: Error in p->FetchFrames(2,true)
I don't see any corresponding issues from the drive, no SCSI: errors or the like, so not sure what's going on here. Tested in both linux and windows, same error.

Latest version 1.14.2 seems to have fixed it. Thanks!
