Bad Boys I & II UHD Backups Failed

I've cleaned the discs multiple times with a lens cleaning cloth plus an alcohol/water solution, but I am still getting backup failed within the first 15 seconds of attempting to backup either disc. No error message, but both discs seem to fail at "ContentHash000.tbl" file each time. Any suggestions?

Do you have logs on? If not read:

Then provide the log if it creates one. With that information it may be easier for forums members to advise.

Thank you for the suggestion! Simply enabling the logs somehow fixed the issue. I successfully backed up Bad Boys II and Bad Boys I is currently past the failure point, so I am guessing it will complete as well.
