File metadata not saved if subtitle track was removed

This is not specific to any particular title or if AnyDVD is running or not. If I have the default audio & forced subtitle track selected and the forced subtitle track is empty & removed by the app, no metadata is saved to the file. Ref image makemkv1.png

If I uncheck that subtitle track and re-run the program, meta data is saved to the file. Ref image makemkv2.png

If the forced subtitle track is not empty, meta data is saved.
