I just got a copy from Best Buy and can't find 00648. It jumps from 00646 to 00649, and all maps begin with 510. Any help?

With the Java.exe added in the advanced options the main feature was detected as playlist #126 on my US copy purchased from Amazon. There was no playlist #202 on mine.
