Probably some time after someone running v1.12.3 and owning a copy just like yours sends a dump of the AACS information to svq@makemkv.com for analysis.

I sent dumps for Reloaded and Revolutions on Saturday.

Don't know what happened but I rebooted and now it's Ripping :)
