Issues with Kill Bill Vol 1 & 2 Blurays

I am ripping these to the hard drive first with AnyDVD then MakeMKV will hang when opening the files. It will load some of them and then just stop. Its happening with both Kill Bill 1 & 2 and are the only disks I am having problems with. Anyone else experiencing or aware of this issue?

While not with either of my DVDs of Kill Bill (just re-ripped them to make sure). I do have this issue with all of my Blurays of Pirates of the caribbean. In the end I just used used tsMuxeR to rip those to M2TS files. as MakeMKV would just lock up on those (and only those so far) blurays.

Side note: Heres how I rip a Bluray
1. Create a complete copy of the Bluray to my external drive (I was doing this straight to my mediacenters Hardrives but due to the shear volume of straight data I was getting network overruns and errors. I have since fixed this issue using 2 bonded gigabit network cards in the mediacenter).

Heres my little script simplified (redhat/centos/yellowdog compat)

3. Make sure AnyDVD HD is active for that drive : http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvdhd.html
4. Rip Blueray with MakeMKV

i can confirm this, Killbill 1 + 2 will not even get through reading the titles. Disk continues to spin for hours reading title 0:0 on both disks
Ive used AnyDVDHD to rip the disks to ISO's ( removing encryption ) but makemkv still will not read the titles. If i can be of any help just sing out.

The next version will not contain fix for this, but it will contain better error reporting that will help us to find the cause. There is nothing that can be done for now, unfortunately.

installed new version, was i supposed to uninstall the previous version somehow?
is there supposed to be a log file somewhere?
anyway here is a screenshot running against my ripped iso, hope it helps but the log looks sparse.
Makemkv becomes unresponsive and needs to be forced to quit - same with disk rip version

Same here.

The UK Kill Bill bluray I have here have an "interesting" H.264 stream without a fps field, so mplayer won't show any video without "-fps 23.976" added to its options.

And the DTS/AC3 sound tracks are german/french/etc, not english. Looks like there's only one english sound track, and that's in LPCM format.

Ah well, looks like a run through tsmuxer and friends can fix things up.

the second log is much better, but still it is unclear what causes this error. we'll try investigate, bit it might take some time. sorry

Noticed this issue when trying to rip Kill Bill Vol 1 and 2 Bluray using MakeMKV on Mac OS. None of the audio problems but the color seems off in the scenes. There also seems to be a lot of discoloration with lots of green flashes and red flashes. Anyone else see the same issues? I've ripped the movies multiple times and the same issue always comes up. All other movies released around the same time look perfect.

This is completely different issue, namely playback of VC-1 encoded video on Mac OS X.
