Thanks for the kind offer. Meanwhile I flashed it to Asus 3.01, but if it is worth, I will send you my dump file.
Now the question is, how to upgrade from 3.01 to yours 3.02 ?

you would only need to flash it but let me dig something up for you this tool all you need to do is upgrade

Asus 3.02 clean firmware with flasher (to allow crossflash or easy upgrade from previous versions).

there all easy now

I tried to follow the links for clean firmware from this part of the instructions:

"Select now a clean firmware to insert data (clean firmwares can be found here)."

All I seem to get is virus warnings and dead links on that page. Is it still active?

On the page that opens from the link, I didn't click on the 'Download' button, I right clicked and then selected copy link, and opened in another window... this went straight to the download You should just be able to click on the link above.

Well, you obviously bricked your drive. You can try this to see if you can "unbrick" it.

maybe dos flash does not support your sata controller. you are in ide mode right not ahci/raid?

Yup using gigabyte z87x-d3h ide mode
