100+ Titles each 21 GB in size

They all start at the same segment, the following segments do change. Also, they all have the same number of chapters, and all titles have the same length (~ 2 hours). How can I pick the correct title?

What title?

To date, I have not seen any reports of this type of obfuscation used by anyone other than Lionsgate and their associated companies.

Fixed it with the help of the old Sysinternals Process Monitor utility and PowerDVD. Basically all you need to do is start PM, create a filter based on Path contains "mpls". Start capturing events, start PowerDVD, load the original disc/ripped disc. You will notice that PM will start displaying PowerDVD accessing different mpls files until it reaches the main movie. When you start the main movie, the correct play list mpls will be displayed...All is explained on Youtube...

There is another method explained here using PM and PDVD, but it did not work for me...
