BD disc will not load - The Man Who Watched Trains Go By

I have just recieved a new BD disc from Amazon, The Man Who Watched Trains Go By, makmkv will not load it.
Ive tried and tried for hours and no go version v1.12.3

I have also tried to load id with DVD fab and it also wont load.

Makemkv states No disc.
Ive been using makemkv for years and this has never happened.
I have cleaned the disc.
Ive tested other BDs and they all load fine.
I have tested the disc on my Oppo player, plays fine.

What might be wrong here please?

Generally speaking, if the operating system returns a "no disk" status to programs like MakeMKV and DVDfab, it's because there is an issue with the disk. Best guess is damage or contamination near the hub, where the directory is kept, that is causing those sections to be unreadable.

As to why the Oppo is able to read it, "To say is to know; Do not know, cannot say." It is strange, though.

Yes its so strange, I have three Oppos in the house and it plays on all of them perfectly, but will just not load on makemkv. After its tried to scan it comes up on the menu No disc inserted
