UHD BluRay not detected

Hello,
I bought the LG Blu-ray Disc Burner BH16NS55 and a UHD BluRay, but my computer and MakeMKV doesn't recognize the Disc at all. It just says that there is no Disc inserted^^ Did anyone experience that before?
