Some tracks from a DVD can not be processed

Hello,

I am new to makemkv.
I am trying to convert a language learning DVD I purchased in order to put on my iphone.

The output was 49 MKVs with solid video, audio and subtitles.

The DVD source has 8 lessons on it broken up into different pieces for each lesson.
The output contains everything except it misses introduction tracks for each lesson ??

What causes portions or tracks from a DVD processing to be skipped?

Is there a way I can try again to get everything?

On the Options > Video tab, what is 'Minimum title length (seconds)' set to? When the disc is scanned, the status pane will report titles that are skipped because they fall below this threshold... the titles you are missing, I'm guessing.
