I just rant this disc through dvdfab, and it shows title 828 as being correct. I have not had the time to watch and confirm.

The correct playlist for the Netflix copy is 828. I have watched it and verified this playlist on this version

Segment list is: 515, 503, 512, 501, 509, 506, 508, 511, 513, 502, 514, 505, 504, 507, 510

I watched it yesterday (same version) and can confirm 828 is the correct playlist.
