Failed to open disc error on 2-layer screener DVD

I am running the latest 1.12 on Windows Pro and this is the first disc ever I have had an issue with. Plays fine in a DVD player. See attached screen grab details. I have also tried opening up the disc using FreeMake and it is only able to see the 2min long piracy header for the disc. Seems like it is not actually able to get the layer that actually has the movie on it? Any advice would be welcome!
