If MakeMKV did not find the main playlist automatically, make sure you send the information Mike needs to improve the situation. Details of what he needs in this message: http://makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=14330

Not when the forum is loaded with detailed instructions on the “how to’s”. :roll:

Help would be, "What do I need to do to get the answer?".

The Retail Version is 00495.mpls so try that.

I just got the Netflix version today and there is no 00495.mpls, so if anyone figures out the Neflix playlist please post.
