From MakeMKV to TSmuxer issue with audio

I was archiving my copy of Baron Munchausen to MKV with MakeMKV and decided to process for other reasons to m2ts.

I have checked off the video, True HD Eng + AC3 core.

When I run thru TSmuxer, I get the infamous popup of not recognizing parts and will ignore.

The end result is TSmuxer sees the Vidio (h.264) and the AC3 core only.

I know it should work because I also used AnyDVD and TSmuxer and it immediately was able to recognize the True HD stream.

Any ideas why MakeMKV would create an MKV file where by True HD cannot be recognized by TSmuxer?

A tsmuxer problem, it can't recognize thd or pgs in MKV container.

Demux it first with MKVCleaver or eac3to.
