MakeMKV not recognizing LG External BD player

Post by mnfish » Wed Jun 09, 2010 3:12 am

I'm running makemkv on my gateway netbook with windows 7 home premium. I went to back up a couple of dvds and makemkv wouldn't recognize the optical drive? This is the first time I've used makemkv on this netbook. The bd player shows up on my computer and I can play the dvd but they won't show up on makemkv? And yes I am running the latest version of makmkv. Any suggestions?

Ok...I'm not going to get too excited but I plugged it into different ports and now it finally works. I'll see what happens next time I turn on the computer??? :?:
