Post by bill2468 »

The Hitman's Bodyguard (2017) Redbox version: There is a title listed as Main Feature but there are hundreds of others. Does anyone know which is the corrects mpls?

Have you checked at the TOP of the title list?

If you have the Java Runtime Environment installed, MakeMKV will usually move what it thinks is the correct title to the top of the list, and mark it as the main title.

I started it and it went to title 33, so I'm going to try doing it manually.

Yup, just watched it and 33:1-17 worked perfect.

Sorry, what does that mean? There is no 0033 on the disk.

Top of the title list is 0404 which is incorrect.

If MakeMKV marked it as "FPL_MainFeature" and it is incorrect, Mike wants to know about it. See this topic: http://makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=14330

RedBox FPL_MainFeature is correct. Listed as 00999.mpls, t17.mkv and Segment map: 506,507,502,508,504,509,501,503,510,505

My 0999 is t25, odd. Also having weird audio issues with it. Sound pops in every other second like a stutter.

I think the audio issue is being caused by the 7.1 track. It is an ATMOS track. VLC has issues playing this audio track. Also, Handbrake doesn't recognize it either. The 5.1 AC3 track works fine though.

I was wondering if anyone has tried making an mkv from the DVD, not blu ray?
I got 2 options, one had two segments, the other had one. It was US Redbox version.
I just don't want to watch it now...

On the DVD I did the second one with only one title, seemed to work fine.
