Profile options?

I was trying to modify my default profile, but I cannot find anything that describes what options are available.

-sel:all,+sel:(favlang|nolang|single),-sel:(havemulti|havecore),-sel:mvcvideo,=100:all,-10:favlang

So what is this saying? my interpretations between commas for each section.
dont select all tracks, do select FavLang NoLang? Single? , Only use single core processor?, don't select some video format? , Beats me? , No Idea?


any help would be appreciated. Is there somewhere this is already described? If so I missed it in my searches.
