Pumpkinhead 4 fails to open

When trying to open either an ISO or the disc, MKV fails to open. ANyone experience this who might have a solution?

Without more information, that's what your request is.

What error messages are you getting? The FAQ in my signature is a good place to start for help, with turning on debug logging.

Those errors are consistent with problems reading the directory of the disk. Have you cleaned it?

I'm actually reading a data file, it's an ISO that I made of my disc so that I could play it from my server, I'm now wanting to convert the main movie into an MKv.

My suggestion is to follow the FAQ link in my signature, and send the information you can to support@makemkv.com for Mike to look at it. For the log portion, try opening the disk directly AND the ISO in the same log, so Mike has more information.
