Hi,
Is it possible to set ignoreForcedSubtitlesFlag="true" someone for the MacOS version? Thanks.

Re: Setting ignoreForcedSubtitlesFlag="true" on a Mac
It would be set in a profile, which has the same (XML) syntax on all platforms.
As with any profile customization, you should stat by copying the existing "stock" profile closest to what you want from your MakeMKV install directory, into your MakeMKV data directory (set in Preferences->General). Give it a different name, so you can keep track of it.
Edit the file with any "text" editor (nano will work). Modify the parameter to suit, and save the file.
MakeMKV should make the new profile available to you the next time you start it, assuming you didn't have a syntax error. You can even make it the default after you test it.
