Start with cleaning the disk.
Yes, even if it is new, fresh out of the packages, looks flawless, plays in your BD player without noticeable errors, or any other reason to doubt the power of a damp, soft cloth.
After that, if it still refuses to rip, follow the FAQ link in my signature to submit information for Mike to review. DBZ disks have been ripped by others, but it is always possible that something changed in the program to break that.
But that is far less likely than a disk with a fingerprint smudge in the wrong place.

Dunno if this is one of the 3 Volumes of "Dragonball Z Kai The Final Chapters" but I was able to rip each disk and episode with Makemkv with AC-3 Audio with no issues.

tried cleaning them like you suggested, nothing. also these are brand new, and i tried multiple disks. sent an email to support.
