Automatic selection of audio+subtitles

Hi

I tried to read the guide here (http://www.makemkv.com/forum2/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4386), but I think I need some examples to understand the principle.

I'd like makemkv to select the following for all titles on the disc:
Danish audio if available and preferably surround
English audio if available and preferably surround
Danish subtitles if only english audio is available

If there's a surround track available I'd all ways prefer the highest quality (eg. DTS HD > DTS > DD etc...)

Can I make a profile that will do that? And how...

-sel:all,+sel:(dnk|eng|nolang),-sel:(core),-10:(forced*(eng)),-15:(dnk),-20:(forced*(dnk))

You'll get subs no matter what audio. Dunno if conditional subs are even possible.
