Also locked out of MakeMKV

As two other forum users have noted, this morning I'm unable to access the app. Although I just downloaded and installed the newest version available at the MakeMKV website (1.10.4), I get the "This application version is too old" error message when I try to open the app.

I'm only posting this new thread because the original thread has already been locked. What's up?
