trying to rip hacksaw ridge from redbox

hi,
I'm trying to rip hacksaw ridge blu ray , however after ripping and converting to mp4 file using handbrake i get error related to playback for a minute and it just goes to different scene in the movie. Same thing happened with deepwater horizon.
