My Paid Registration Is No longer Working

Greetings,

I have enjoyed using MakeMKV she some years, I recently did a 'clean install' of a new operating system on my Mac and my MakeMKV registration code is no longer working.

I purchased a license in 2013 or 2014 and will not post the registration code here...How can I contact MakeMKV to straighten this out?

If you have the registration code already, make sure that when you "copy and paste" it, you are only pasting in the actual text. A lot of applications will copy the formatting of the text along with the text, and that will cause the pasted-in text to fail. I usually have a text-based editor open on my machine, so any "copy/paste" operation becomes "copy/paste-to-text-editor/reselect/copy/paste", to get rid of unwanted characters.
