Error code and will not get sound on Blueray movie

I get the following error code on initial start:
Error 'Internal error - Input parameter is incorrect (949)' occurred while reading 'DVD-ROM Msft Virtual DVD-ROM 1.0' at offset '1048576'
Also, I can't seem to get English sound from movies, even though the extras have sound. Have tried checking, unchecking, ect. Still no sound from the movie. I can get Spanish though.

For the first problem, try a previous version. Older versions can be downloaded here: http://makemkv.org/download/old/

Sound is probably due to your player not supporting the audio codec of the primary English track.

OR, if you've selected a "preferred language", the default selection rule in MakeMKV will ONLY give you that language.

Installed VLC Player and now I have sound. Works great!
