Registration Key not working

Hi, I had to reformat my computer and thus reinstall makemkv.. I used the registration key that I had used previously that was sent to me in an email and it fails to accept it. What am I doing wrong.. Thanks

If doing a copy/paste from email, make sure there are no leading/trailing blank characters.
