Setting minlength

I have seen the advice to that says it's in preferences. I'm not seeing there. I tried --minlength= on the command line, I guess that is for makemkvcon.
So where do I set it if I am running Linux, and I am using the GUI?

In the Preferences->Video tab, isn't there a "Minimum title length (seconds):" box at the bottom? I thought Mike made all of the GUIs work the same...
