Hi!
Interpreting error codes is the bailiwick of "mike admin". He'll undoubtedly address this thread as soon as it's practical...Error 'Internal error - Decryption error (411)' occured while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00026.m2ts' at offset '13163888640'

Thanks, I searched and couldn't find similar errors but I figured someone might have come across this one before. I'll drink a few beers and patiently await a responsesetarip_old wrote:Hi!Interpreting error codes is the bailiwick of "mike admin". It looks like a problem with the disc. Were you able to make a decrypted backup from it?

The disc plays fine in my stand-alone blu-ray player but I haven't tried making a "decrypted backup" as MakeMKV is the only tool I currently use. If you tell me what software package I should try to make a backup with I can certainly do that.mike admin wrote:It looks like a problem with the disc. Mike is asking you to try using MakeMKV's "Backup" function, with "Decrypted" selected:
1) Start MakeMKV
2) Load disc
3) Select the "Backup" icon (and make sure there is a checkmark next to "Decrypt")
4) Click on "Okay"
