Exclude subtitles

I'm trying to automate the process of creating my mkv files. I'm using the command line version to convert iso to mkv files without any issue. I need to take it a step further and exclude all subtitles from the mkv file. I've looked at the usage.txt file and was not able to find any way via the command line. I found a posting that allows you to set subtitles to disabled by default, but I'd like to exclude them from the file. Is that possible?
