registration code does not work

I just purchased make MKV and the code I was sent does not work. How do I get my $50 back?

The one thing I would suggest is making sure your copy/paste of the key doesn't contain anything "extra" in it. In my business, one of the more frequent tech support issues is copy/paste out of programs like Outlook, where you THINK you're copying text, but the clipboard gets text plus formatting codes. Those don't work for things like passwords or registration codes.

In cases like that, I suggest they paste the code into a text-based application like Notepad (NOT WORDPAD!) in Windows, then re-select the text and copy it to the clipboard, and then paste into the application. For our stuff that works 100% of the time; not sure how it works with MakeMKV, 'cuz I haven't had an issue with the key.
