The files pulled up are both 14GB files and neither could be saved, get TRACK FOLLOWING ERROR. The correct playlist (I opened the contents and found 00016.m2ts and it is 15GB) is not even being found. Tried adjusting the title search through a variety of intervals, nothing is working.

Track following errors are caused by badly manufactured disks, scratches, dirty disks, and defects in the drive, in no particular order.
Dirt (often fingerprints) is easily dealt with, cleaning with a soft, damp cloth. Scratches can be small enough to be almost invisible, but still cause problems for the laser. Badly manufactured disks can only be dealt with by getting the disk replaced.

Upon closer examination, it is badly manufactured. Strange lines running the width of the disc and making sharp turns - looks like if you break a CD/DVD.Track following errors are caused by badly manufactured disks, scratches, dirty disks, and defects in the drive, in no particular order.
