Not capturing movie file

First time user. For some reason I don't seem to be capturing/converting the main movie file. Just all the extras. Any idea why?

Need more info such as DVD or Blu-Ray? Do you see an error message during ripping?

And are you sure you got the "main feature disk", and not the "extras disk"?

Yorgo - Sorry. DVD. No error. Seems to work as it should but only converts small files.

Woodstock - Yes, I'm sure. Launch disk with WMP, and movie is on there.

What is the movie/disc? Can you post a screenshot of the MakeMKV main menu once the disc has opened?
