I'm not a complete noob, but this is my first Blu-ray.
Everything I've come across on a search refers to interlacing. Obviously not what's going on here.
I tried capturing a screenshot, but for some reason, I can't.
Could this be caused by an imperfection in the disc itself? It's a brand spankin' new The Phantom Menace.
Not that I care too deeply about this movie, but I'd like to get this figured out before I get to Empire lol!

Problem solved with a little soap and water.
