US retail version. I e-mailed the .tgz dump file to svq@makemkv.com a few days ago -- anyone know how long it generally takes to update the SVQ (or whatever the terminology is?

As Mentioned This disc does not work. It generates a file that is not watchable. Would be happy to send you logs or other info as needed.

I'm having same issue with Netflix disc. I was not able to fully back up the disc. I'm able to generate MKV off of the title but it's extremely pixelated.

The discs for Redbox have those errors and while it will rip, its not watchable.

On the RB version… if you want it in MKV format… rip it with ANY to an ISO, open it in CloneDrive, use MakeMKV to create an MKV formatted file via CloneDrive.
Works great on RB version and only has one MPLS (~25GB).

I just sent a 2nd dump file that was requested, and they said once they got that it shouldn't be long before it was fixed. Hopefully in the next day or so.
