I can't use my key to activate on a new computer

I purchased the product 10/17/2015 but the key that came with it is still on my old computer which no longer works. How do I get a new one?

Send your information to support@makemkv.com and Mike can get you fixed up.

If you have access to your old email, search for a message from avangate.com - it is where the key would have originally come from.

My emails are on my computer that no longer works but I was able to find printout of my receipt that had the activation code so I am back in business. Thanks.
