Just tried to play a redbox version of The Good Dinosaur I saved a few weeks back, and right off the bat it didn't seem quite right. For some reason it cut over 2 minutes (based on the intro I saw on youtube) from the beginning of the main movie. According to google the playtime is supposed to be 94 minutes, but the file I have only goes to 1:23:46.
I don't remember there being any errors when ripping it, and to my knowledge it has never done with with any other movie.

I can only say that the DVD version rips to 1:33:37 (94 minutes rounded off), so it might be a difference in the "cut" that Redbox rents.
