Can't Rip Shutter Island or Transformers

Hello,

I am trying to rip Transformers Dark of the Moon and get the following error:

I am using a Mac and Asus BW writer.

Get the same error when I try to rip Shutter Island...

Any suggestion on how I can do this? I am using MakeMKD version 1.7.9

Clean the disc.

If that doesn't work, replace it for a new one.

The disc isn't dirty and it's not a bad disc. I think it's something they encoded in the disc because I am getting the exact same errors, and reading around about this, it isn't the individual disc.

Has anyone gotten Shutter Island to work?

Though I don't have Shutter Island, per Blu-Ray.com, it is an older title released initially in 2010. Any copy protection scheme would have been defeated by now and quick check over at RedFox backs up this theory. So...the problem is either a damaged disc (physically or encoded) or with the drive.

It may help if you posted a log file of the error report.
