The other side of the door error code

I am getting an error code BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow.The last time this happened i got the svq file for it and it worked.

The log should contain a link to a TGZ file on your system to submit to svq@makemkv.com for review. It will usually be in your MakeMKV data directory, which can be found by looking at Preferences->General
