ST-TNG S1 Disc 3

Title 3 of this disc will not copy. I've gotten the other 4 files off except this one. Here is the error code:

Your drive is having problems reading the disk. Since most of the errors seem to "fix" themselves after a retry (the locations keep advancing), it is likely cleaning the disk will fix the issue.

Just a suggestion because it seems there are a lot of threads with this issue (I'm pretty sure I posted one myself the first time I ran into this) - a sticky thread titled something along the lines of "READ FIRST if you get SCSI / Medium errors"

Thanks! That worked. Didn't think it needed cleaning especially since it was brand new.

"Brand new" means nothing. I've had disks come in with big fingerprint smears on them, and subtle reflections that looked like suction cup marks on the data side.
