I would like to know if it's possible to extract AVC and MVC from MKV 3D ?
If I use MakeMKV to make my MKV 3D, is it possible in the future to extract streams and create a Blu ray ?

That would depend upon your BD authoring software....

MakeMKV build a MKV MVC 3D but it's not possible to extract AVC and MVC from this MKV in the future ?

Because not all BD authoring software can deal with MKV files as source.
If you are intending to use MakeMKV to make a BD backup, then the file structure is there for the BD authoring software to write it back to a disk, but going to MKV files does not work the same way.

tsMuxeR 2.6.12 seems to be able to extract AVC and MVC from MakeMKV files but I haven't tried this.
