No. As noted in other posts, the AACS 2.0 encryption has not been broken.

Not really. Those groups that take on this kind of stuff are already at it. Keep in mind that the encryption is never broken. What is really done is getting the process of encryption/decryption figured out so that the process is defeated, allowing the process to be told to decrypt the files.
