BlueRay more than one big video file

I opened a blue ray 3D iso with makeMKV, why I have more than 1 single big video file?
Which one is the main movie?

Bluray can have HUNDREDS of titles. Which one is "the main movie", it varies with the disk. Some publishers always use the same play list number, others scramble them up with each release.

Best bet is to look for files that have the same length as shown on the cover sheet for the version you're after.
