How do you open MakeMKV in "Manual DVD mode" specifically

Hello All, I see where I can open a file. How do I open MakeMKV so I can enter string data pls ?

When you have the disk in the drive, File->Open DVD file manually will put you in manual mode.

Hello All, "Open DVD files manually" is NOT in the "Files" pull-down menu UNLESS you have turned on in preferences - General tab - Expert Mode! This is not stated anywhere I've found in email and documents referenced to me.
