Rip keeps failing across multiple disks

Although some of the disks that I have work, I keep getting a message that says that the titles have failed. Sometimes it completes several title son a disk but fails only those with the main program in the content. It happens "randomly" across multiple disks and 2 different OS.

Only guesses can be made without logs. See the FAQ in my signature for how to turn on debug logging, and copy/paste the portion of the log that shows the errors in a message here.

Here is a log of a try that I redid to get a log. It copied all the others titles on the DVD fine, except for the main movie itself.
