HandBrake subtitle !Dialogue:" problem

Hello Friends,
I am new and have long time problem with external subtitles in HandBrake
visible ion photo.
Why is still visible on my TV after DLNA "Dialogue: ....."

They will ask you for the activity logs from the encode. There is a red-on-pink box at the top of their message board that explains where to find them.
