Can anyone tell me if it is possible to set MakeMKV Beta to make a sound after the DVD has been converted? If so, how I can set it?

Currently, there is no such feature. Many people have requested it, though, and it is highly likely Mike is aware of the wish for it. As a one-man team, he has to prioritise features, and my guess is that this is not the highest priority at the moment.

There are batch tools for MakeMKV that allow to start a file or script when encoding is done. You can use this feature to play a sound till Mike's getting around implementing this.
