The Grudge 2 (Unrated Director's Cut) missing first 6m12s

Hello, When I watch the dvd in a player the first 6m12s plays through with the movie. When I play the rip it is missing and not in any of the parts ripped. How can I assist you to investigate ? TY

Lots of possibilities, so the best place to start is with the information asked for in the FAQ in my signature. You'll have to email it to Mike, so he can look it over.

Most likely, the "director's cut" is put together from more than one file, and you have to rip the correct play list to get it.
