Title 0 is the DVD-Video part of the disc (which takes quite some time to load due to "complex multiplex").
MakeMKV shows chapters lengths that make sense (http://imgur.com/ajh1VrY).
After extraction, the MKV file has the correct number of chapters (10), but the first 9 span 0.033366666 seconds each (http://imgur.com/qRjyZIu), with the last one taking the other 50 minutes.
